Healthcare District updates Board meeting schedule to include August hiatus & Sept. 30 return

The Desert Healthcare District & Foundation will not have a Board of Directors meeting on August 26, as its meeting schedule is traditionally dark during August. 

The Board will convene on the fifth Tuesday in September, instead. The public is invited to attend the meeting in person or virtually. Details are below:

The Desert Healthcare District is a local government agency formed in 1948. Its mission is to achieve optimal health at all stages of life for all District residents. The District includes more than 400,000 residents and encompasses the entire Coachella Valley. The District and Desert Healthcare Foundation, together, are one of the largest funders in the valley.
