District to host 7 community listening sessions in February to help inform new strategic plan

The Desert Healthcare District & Foundation is developing its next strategic plan, and we need your voice.
The new strategic plan will identify local health priorities which will inform the District & Foundation's funding and programming decisions for the next five years and beyond.
Coachella Valley residents are invited to be a part of the planning process, to help shape the future of health in our community.
The District Board and staff have scheduled seven community listening sessions in February where you can share what matters most to you.
Please see the schedule for details and select a session to attend. (All venues comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.)
About the Desert Healthcare District & Foundation
The Desert Healthcare District is a local government agency formed in 1948. Its mission is to achieve optimal health at all stages of life for all District residents. The District includes more than 400,000 residents and encompasses the entire Coachella Valley. The District and Desert Healthcare Foundation, together, are one of the largest funders in the valley. These funds are used to assist residents — especially the underserved — in accessing vitally needed resources, such as primary and behavioral healthcare. Learn more.
