Desert Healthcare District Board to hold special meeting Dec. 6 on hospital lease options
The public is invited to attend a Special Meeting of the District Board of Directors, scheduled for Wednesday, December 6th at 5:30 p.m. at the University of California Riverside, 75080 Frank Sinatra Drive, Building B, Auditorium, Palm Desert, CA 92211, to hear a progress report which will be presented to the Board and public relating to the Tenet Health lease/option to purchase proposal, which was presented at the public meeting on September 18, 2023. A formal agenda will be posted on this website prior to the meeting.
Any proposal from Tenet that the District Board determines meets the needs of the community will be subject to multiple public meetings to secure community feedback and input prior to moving forward on a potential public vote.
