To be a leader in promoting a healthier community and
higher quality of life for all District residents. To help
meet health care needs in the District by continually
enhancing our expertise, assessing the provision of
health care services, reaching out to leading agencies to
support their efforts, and advocating effective health
care policy to key decision makers.
