Finance Committee


Finance, Administration, Real Estate and Legal Committee (F&A Committee)

This committee is responsible for oversight and for making recommendations to the Board where appropriate on matters related to finance, administration, human resources, property management, legal, real estate, and information systems (IS). The F&A Committee is comprised of two members of the Board of Directors and volunteer public members. The meetings are monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 3 pm.

  • Board Members are Mark Matthews, Chair, and Dr. Les Zendle 
  • Current Community Members are Sid Rubenstein and Arthur Shorr
